Back for a little bit this evening. So much has happened! I’m slowly getting round to catching up with replies and splashes.

So to cut a long story short, this last 6 weeks have been a rollercoaster and I just wanted to explain my absence…
I finally got my own autism diagnosis, following on from my kids. Gotta have come from somewhere, right? 😂🙋🏻‍♀️
Following on from both youngest children’s diagnosis of ASD, all 3 of us are now on the ADHD pathway. So much paperwork and it’s so repetitive 🤦🏻‍♀️
We finally got the news last week that my son has a school to start in January, having been “unplaced” since finishing primary school in July. No local schools could meet his needs 🙄. Local authority were as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. We contacted a brand new private school ourselves and asked the LA to consult them. The school said they can meet needs and it then took the LA another month to agree at panel to name the school on EHCP.

As you can imagine it’s been a very emotional, trying, frustrating and well, so many emotions to work through. I’m hoping to be back a bit more over the next few weeks ❤️
