We had some heavy rain last night but it didn't last long; wish we would get some steady rain instead of a downpour every now and then. Cooler and breezy today. Oh, I agree with you 100%, it's very unnerving when the winds are high, especially if you have trees anywhere near your house!
I hope your back is feeling better today, glad to hear the CBD cream helped some. I'm having a bad pain day myself - neck and shoulder on the left side are very tight, trying to do some stretches to loosen it up.
