🦃🦃⛈️Raining and cool today. My back is hurting a lot so changed some plans. My nephew is draving 90 minutes to pick up my daughter and bring her here (a 3 hr drive) so she can pick up my "extra" car. My husband can no longer get into the little car and no room for his wheelchair so it's been sitting mostly since August so I'm so glad she can have it till she finds the right one to buy. Haven't seen her since August so even an overnight visit will be nice. Need to go to bank to get cash to give to nephew for gas! Have a lovely weekend everyone.
Hi Mihaela - one day at a time. I remember the dark days when my babies died and how hard it was to find any joy in anything, but you must try. East, drink, take care of yourself, get out in the sun (if there is any).
A spot of joy - I have been feeding a lovely orange young cat outside. I had talked to the vet about getting him neutered. She said if I can catch him, bring him in and they would do surgery next day.. So, yesterday I caught Henry, put him in carrier and took him to the vet. Well, one of the doctors is ill so all schedules are thrown off and they can't see Henry till Wed. So, he is in the furnace room in my basement where he seems happy. He even used the litter box! I am hoping that my daughter Lisette will want to take him home after her visit at Thanksgiving, if not, he will stay here.
