Hi Mihalela oh I'm sorry to have confused you. PT is short for Physical Therapy. On Wed the therapist used a deep heating machine on my muscles, I didn't feel the heat at all, so interesting. then he stretchs me in ways I can't do myself. I am feeling some relief, but will probably have to have an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) that shows the muscles ike an xray shows the bones, to rule out soft tissue damage that mght need repair like a tear.

🌻🌻☀️It will be quite hot today 90F/32C and Monday will drop to 40F/4C !! I have several errands to run today, not feeling very motivated but will give myself a talking to and get them done.
