☘️🍀☀️Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Hot today with high of 80/26..predicting snow storm tomorrow night, got to love Kansas. Quiet day today, cardio class tonight. Not much else going on. Need to pick back 3 rows on my complicated knitting project. Set it aside last night to do in daylight today so it doesn't become more than 3 rows.

Hi Mihaela - I like fresh spinach but never had it from a garden , always a store. I've always eaten the stems.  I take iron pills every other day to keep my levels high enough. I think I have a good diet but apparently not good enough. Because today is St. Patricks day I am fixing corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes in the crockpot. It's a meal my husband likes but the cabbage will irritate his system so a once  a year meal. The crockpot makes it so much easier now than when I did it on the stove!
