Hello Helen, hope you had a good trip to see Jack over the weekend.  We’re in Manchester tomorrow night to see a Tubular Bells concert at the Bridgewater.  The car park is close by so hopefully we’ll not have to brave the weather for more than a few minutes either going in or out :)  Your floor tiles sound great, what a difference a small (or maybe not so small) change can make. I didn’t see the King other than on TV, too cold to stand out waiting at Clitheroe Station, although there did look to be quite a crowd.  He also made a private visit to Samlesbury Hall which is five minutes away from us.  The Thwaites Brewery Horses and cart were there for him too.  It’s the local brewery and that and the stables are also five minutes away, so we see them out and about quite often.  Back to a wet Monday, so it will be shopping mostly today and sone tidying up  - good luck with the unicorn trim  :)
