Hello Helen, thanks for the party 🎉 duck.  Hope you’ve had a good week.  All the decorations came down here mostly in a day (was very organised for once).  I’ve kept my twig tree with the glass icicles, snow flakes and angels out for a while longer though.  It is winter after all.  We managed to see the Wallace and Gromit exhibition last Sunday, queued for an hour and a half and then queued through the exhibition too, which was a shame.  I think it’s going to London next, and like you, I’d love to see the Bayeux Tapestry so we may need a few days away for that - I’m sure I can find more to see to add to the list. Do you know there’s a copy of it in Reading, created by the Leek Embroidery Society in the 1880 apparently.  We tried fitting that in on a recent holiday but it didn’t work out.  Very cold here this week but the nights are getting brighter, and hoping to have a National Trust week visiting their more local (to us) houses and gardens once they reopen and before the cards expire.  Have a good weekend x
