Amelia watered the Supershroom, and spotted a Topiary White Unicorn feeding on the Veggies!

Woohoo - the Topiary White Unicorn's task in this Garden is now complete, and it planted the next Bush in this Topiary Trail!

I also left the hazard lights on on the car after unloading the shopping yesterday, so the RAC have been out and had to change the battery - sigh :(

We got home yesterday afternoon, so I’m washing.  We’ve also had the gas engineer out this morning as the fan on the boiler failed when we turned it on last night :(

Hi Helen! I'm so ready for this Summer to be over & then I remember feeling like I was going to freeze last Winter lol. We are still in the 90's but better than 110  so at least we can get out to walk early or evenings. Here is a link about planking. Really good for strengthening the core. I can't do sit ups etc hard on the back & that's what I need to target, strengthening my back. Glad you are still able to run, so good for lungs, muscles & just a good stress relief.
