Had a good time in Glasgow, John Lewis looked very festive, but it was easy to not buy any tree decorations - they’re not very traditional this year, so nothing caught my eye.  We went to see the Burrell Collection in the afternoon, wonderful museum and then it was the Corrs concert.  Unfortunately they were one down - Sharon wasn’t able to be there, so they had a stand in on the violin, which meant Andrea doing a lot more of the vocals - think she was getting a bit hoarse by the end and a slow start, not helped by the distraction of folk constantly up and down to the bar 🤦‍♀️ but it did pick up 👏

Good morning - saw the Museum of the Moon last night in Blackburn Cathedral, it’s really effective in the dark, and filled the whole of the nave.  I’d like to see it again in a larger cathedral.  The other event I’ve always wanted to see is one of Luxmuralis shows, preferably inside.  Spent a lot of the week working out how to fit a high level oven into the kitchen without having to change everything - not making much progress on that so far.  Glasgow and the Corrs seems ages ago now, and it was only last Sunday

Hi ya Helen! So glad you are feeling festive early. If it were not for Thanksgiving I'd probably have our tree & decorations up after Halloween lol. I have some new Christmas stuff I bought during 'Christmas in July' sales  so excited to put those out. I do really love our Thanksgiving, it's an extra time to get all the family together. It's always hard to get started to run/walk in the cold, I remember hanging in there till the warmth finally gets in your body. Keep it up everyone feels better when they exercise, but take a break when you need to. Good luck with trying yoga, so many people enjoy it. Such a good stretch/relaxing type exercise but requires balance I wish I had. Have a great weekend hun, xxx
