splashed-- It is a nice sunny day with no humidity and 26. I was going to do a lot of things but daughter phones and we got gabbing. Fed the cat and fed me and nothing else done--maybe tomorrow, Yes rough days ahead with that diagnosis but nothing much you can do but make the best of things.Turn the brain off for you and try to not think and get on with your day but that is not possible--just do the best you can.
