splashed-- All is well this morning,no nose bleed,Haven't really had one foe ages.put it down to the heat and maybe the bad air but I think blood pressure is fine--take 2 different diuretic to control that,an allapurinal,and eye pill and a pain control pill every morning plusalso take a vitamin pills(D) and a tumeric pill as an anti inflamatory so I am well pilled. Shopping went fine last night but I am stiff this morning with trying to keep up to my long legged son. Won't have to worry about my lunch today as son bought fish and chips for supper and they are big portions.supper he brought over fresh dug potatoes so tose plus salad and some meat type and seen as ice cream was on sale-- I won't have to worry about my supper but do have to clean the frig and frig freezer as they are a mess that I just cramed everything in. Hope you have a food day and try to stay cool in the heat. We are just 20 and sunny so far but that air quality alert is out for today.
