splashed-- Oh no,not a good end to the week-- I guess as you say the joys of owning. Even renting it not much better as they never seem to move at any speed. Good luck finding something. I was a nice calm  day here today for me--I just puttered along and nothing to great arose to disturb us.  I spent most of the afternoon watching the figure skating so was well entertained and happy with my viewing. Have a good night  and I hope things get better.
