It's still cold and windy here, but I think the stormy weather is over here. Our daughter, who lives 3 states north of us, has had snow. With her broken ankle, she has no need to go outside. The weather has certainly dealt some cruel blows all over the US this year. I love your mother's weather philosophy, but disagree about the cold weather - when you get all of the cllothes on to keep warm, you can hardly move your arms and legs. And, of course, children will always need to use the bathroom just as you get the final jacket on. Saturday, 1/11, 7:29 p.m.
