Hi Brenda,
Hope you are all well, and having some nice weather not humid, glad you have some new walking shies and they are comfy for you makes walking easier, I have had  a busy few days here with appointments and trying to get Jobs played forward James hasn’t got a date but it’s soon he’s done all he needs, had the premed so hopefully  he will get a letter. This week is my Dads birthday we are going out for lunch Thursday , his fav  garden  centre, I’ll take Dad  and meet my brother and sister there. Did Lloyd manage to get home to see you ? The months roll by, it’s heading closer to the big school holidays.The war is dreadful Brenda I cannot see any end, soon lots of the conflict has also being going on years, and never had any resolve, it’s sad and hard. How’s the diet going ? I Was at docs last week my BMI, weight and blood pressure all good , my Thyroid blevel steady I have had an underactive for years , it’s just this issue with B12, (low )it’s connected to gastric and liver which is still not right,  I have a Docs appointment in 2  weeks to discuss this, Iam trying supplements for now , enjoy your week, take care Brenda,much love  😁💐 xx
