Morning dear Brenda,
Hope you feel much better now and the headache has gone,  it’s always hard cutting out foods , you I’ll find you happy place in trying to lose weight,  it’s bright breezy day here 6c so fresh, I love these days, I have some errands to run, and laundry to sort.
