Hip behaved better today but I also took a powerful anti inflammatory to make it through. The problem with the meds is it makes my blood pressure go up and agravates my stomach. A good trade to make it though the day. Will call the orthopedic doctor tomorrow.
Will call the quilt shop to make sure the machine and program are all updated.
Glad you are able to cool off in the shops.
Politically everyone’s I a bit of a mess. Ours has achieved the highest peaks of insanity. Wonder what yours will do next. You are still enjoying the effects of brexit. Stay cool!
