Sore throat from all the Canadian smoke. Can’t imagine how bad it is closer to the fires. You can’t see down the street. It looks like fog but it’s smoke, crazy bad.
Went to a tea room for birthday lunch. Had salmon burger with salad and then lemon blueberry cake for desert. Wore a mask to get to the shop and home.
Tomorrow I go to the PT place for evaluation. Will be interested to see what they want me to do besides the pool aquatics.
