Hi Jennifer good night …silly o’clock sprinkle .
How’s Luna ? Had a lovely morning walk in the woods and catch up with friends and grandchildren who are absolutely lovely. Their Nan ( Lisa ) was taking them bowling this afternoon. She looking after them during the holidays! Proud parents time for Jim and I . The paper that Sam is first author on and about the research that he did for his PhD on Ultra Processed Foods was published yesterday. He has been filmed for a piece shown in ITV National news yesterday. Today he’s been interviewed on radio 4 and 5 Irish radio and LBC  radio. This evening he had a live zoom interview on Sky News ….which I watched ! And we’ve recorded .He was brilliant 🤩 super proud Mum and Dad x
