Granddaughter not got the cat yet, I think daughter is discouraging it as she said cats live a long time and she doesn’t want to be left looking after it when they’ve moved out and gone to university! To be honest, I think they’d be better off with a dog. I don’t think my daughter wants the expense of getting everything then granddaughter changes her mind, which is quite frequent at the moment
