It has been the hottest day yet and now the breeze has died down. I went to Walmart this morning, more for something to do really but did pick up some fruit, eggs and yogurt.
I watched The Silent Hour, a police movie, it was ok and now I'm watching Gladiator 2, lots of stars but kinda violent.
Glad things went well at the Dr's but they always seem to focus on weight, something that has been a lifelong battle for me.
