The sun popped out a couple of times but it's been overcast and cold all day. I finished the laundry and tidied up the laundry room but didn't do much else. I've been doing some different exercises for seniors, more or less to keep things moving and balance. One is sitting in a kitchen chair and then standing up unaided, so something like a squat but from a chair. Each rep is 20 times and I can do that one 10 right now, then I have to rest a minute.
Stacey loves her car, it's a small SUV, lots of room with lots of extras. One of the features I like is that it remembers your seat position. This would come in handy for me because I have to adjust everything when I get in after Jake driving.
