What a crazy day... the water heater stopped working this morning and I was lucky enough to get an appointment for this afternoon. He came right on time and replaced the heater with a new one. I rent so there's no cost.
But just as he was trying to back into the driveway a delivery van pulled up and a boxed mattress arrived that Stacey had ordered for Joe. It had to come here because Joe would not be home when it arrived. He left and while the water heater guy was still here the yard people showed up to aerate and overseed...lol
It has been a beautiful day, sunny and warm but didn't spend much time outside.
