It wasn't a bad day but the wind was cold. Tonight the temp is dropping to -3.
I locked myself out of my online bank account and spent time on the phone with 2 support assistants at different times, the second one was great and got me sorted out finally. When I logged in initially it asked me a security question that I didn't know or remember. To be honest I dont ever remember setting up that question. Anyway I answered wrong 3 times and it locked me out. I ried to follow the reset process but had no luck but I'm sorted now.
