It's the same here, the heat and humidity are terrible.  I was outside for a bit but had fo come inside. I think it is going to be the same tomorrow.  The air quality is not great, it's hazy and smoky. I've been coughing half the day and resorted to tea and honey and I'll take a spoonful of honey when I go to bed.
