It's overcast and 37 definitely not too warm. I'm thinking of starting some Coneflower and Black eyed Susan seeds inside. I miss having spring plants started inside so I'm going to put them in my bedroom which does get afternoon sun. I just havevto remember to keep the door shut to keep out the cats.
