mouse thanks, no the table and 4 chairs I got at the thrift store up north, they're solid oak, I paid $50 for all! The table was delivered today and is just beautiful, I figure they will all outlive me so may as well shine the table top up so I can enjoy it. There were hideous stains and a big white blotch, plus the finish was getting sticky, not sure what they used, but now satiny smooth!
Am off to sleep, should have been in bed ages ago, there was an accident right outside my apartment, was watching a movie with headphones and thought that's where the noise came from, but went back a bit and the scene wasn't nearly as noisy so looked outside. Some sort of sideswipe with a dump truck and 2 cars, never a dull moment. Take care, have a great day! xx
