It was quite steamy today.  We did get a downpour around 4pm.  It's cooler, but still muggy.  Dr. appt went fine.  I'm starting to get the blood test results back and they are all good.   She did bug me about my weight, so I will need to start counting the calories better and hopefully we will be able to walk more.  I will try to remember to use my hand weights too. 
I watched a weird movie last night called Riff Raff on Hulu.  It had Ed Harris, Jennifer Coolidge, and Bill Murray.  It was billed as a comedy, but it wasn't your standard comedy.  I started watching  We Were Liars on Prime.  It's interesting.
