Hello Pat, yes it was a lovely surprise. I visited Mum today. As usual an enjoyable visit. Today we were sharing memories of our family camping trips to N.S.W. and our crazy sleeping arrangements firstly in the car, then Dad purchased a trailer and made a structure on it for Mum and himself to sleep in. My brother and I had to sleep in the car. We hadn't gone from home when the whole thing collapsed as Dad had noy supported the frame. Dad was absolutely determined that we would not go back home as his in laws were there looking after our pets. Not that this was ever stated in my hearing. We ended up spending 2 nights not far from home at one of their friend's houses and the 2 men worked at supporting Dad's work. Mum and I had a chuckle today about Dad's often failed attempts at handyman work. God bless him. He always tried usually failed. He was a better father than handyman. Now I should go and prepare dinner. Enjoy your day.
