I think the annoying thing about getting older is that everything seems to take longer. Pace yourself and take your time - it’ll get done in the end!

I’m the same age as you so I know what you mean! I was volunteering this morning at cat rescue and it serves as a weekly reminder that this body isn’t as young as it used to be!

However if anybody had told me that one day I’d look forward to getting up on a Monday morning, feeding cats, cleaning litter trays & mopping floors, I wouldn’t have believed it. Keeping going is what keeps us going - I think of it as my non gym workout! The cats are an added benefit!
