That’s so funny you’re so used to seeing closed doors on the cabinets.  Did Tina let you know she was going to her daughter’s she usually does.  You wouldn’t believe how warm it’s got I turned the heating off and the temperature’s going up again next, although I can  still hear the wind blowing the trees and not a lot of rain next week.  Do you not think that even if you made an anonymous phone call, as Bill is probably the only person who has been in the neighbour’s for so long, she would still think it was him who phoned the State to call on her.  It’s such a shame when people get to the point where they hoard so much that they have to get help.  I had an easy day and got more cards done, I’m getting there lol.  I’m off to lock up and I think I’ve got one Magnum left and I’m going to find it lol.  Have a nice evening.xx

Although we speak on the phone nothing nicer than seeing her in person and hugging.  Good grief you are in a bad way with arthritis you must be popping painkillers all the time, I do, I bought a back belt a few weeks ago, it doesn’t take the pain away but it eases it slightly.  When Bill starts a job he doesn’t hang around he really gets stuck in, the satin finish will look so good and the moulding will really finish off the cabinets.  Matt doesn’t want to push himself too much and he must be happy to have got 2 ducks, it’ll take a while for him to get back to doing everything, you have to be careful after a head injury.  All of a sudden the sun’s disappeared lol and it’s now looking very overcast, I’m giving up on the local weather forecast lol.  I’m off to have another coffee and get stuck into writing more cards.  Have a good day.

That was a nice surprise that your sister dropped in.  Lets not talk about arthritis in the back. lol.  It's in my whole back, lower back and legs.  I know how your feeling.  It was so cold and windy today.  All I did was take out the trash.  Bill did the rest lol.  The cabinets are started.  I'll have before during and after photos.  It looks so different.  He took all the doors home to spray them so I have all my cabinets open lol.  He's going to come back tomorrow to make sure there are no spots or whatever and then he can put on the top coat sealer.  It's going to have a satin finish.  Then he texts me about crown molding for the top.  I said Oh why not lol.  I won't get my carpeting lol.  Yes I will. lol.  Matt got 2 ducks today.  That's not like him but I think he's still healing and they said he would be tired at times for awhile.  I had given a day away this week and I just made up for it by working yesterday.  They won't call me in tomorrow.  I have a couple of errands to run and Bills coming back for touch up. I'm glad I don't have to be here lol but I probably will.  He will come early.  It will take a couple of days to do the doors.  Ok, I'm off to turn the bed on.  This blanket is great.  Sweet Dreams xx

I had a lovely surprise my sister and her husband came to me this afternoon, it was so lovely seeing her, although we speak  every week we don’t meet up any more since I broke my hip a couple of years ago and now I can’t go anywhere without a crutch, plus arthritis in back and hips now.  Storm Bert hit Scotland with winds and snow they had to get the plows out it was so thick, we only had   rain, and now the temperatures are going up again.  How long will it take for Bill to do the cabinets.  Matt will be down to see you, he was itching to get out on his boat, does his friend go with him.  Will you have a day in lieu for working on your day off.  Jill had her knee op Friday and she’s coming out of hospital tomorrow.  I’m off to have a coffee and a snack, I had a nap earlier lol.  Have a nice evening.xx

I would have stayed in bed but Bill is coming to prime my cabinets and take the doors home so he can spray paint them.  I'm not going anywhere today.  Up north had a lot of snow.  This is when I'm glad I'm near the ocean. lol.  It stays warmer. I'm sure Matt is out duck hunting this morning, so I don't think I'll see him today.  I need him to get his birthday present lol.  I have to check my cabinets and I should have something for the cough.  So another cashier got hurt the other day, so now we're down two cashiers.  That's why I went yesterday.  Being head cashier, we have to jump in.  The woman that usually comes in to relieve me, she came in also.  It's bright and sunny, but I don't want to go out.  I have enough in the pantry that I don't have to go to the store.  I'm going to put myself together before Bill gets here.  Have a good day xx

I watched a new Aussie series last night and caught up with another I’d been watching and completely forgot the gardens lol.  So why did you go in when you’ve got a hacking cough, you’re doing them a favour but not yourself and sitting in a draft didn’t help.  It’s raining all day, I’ve only got to get the papers and I’m in for the day.  It’s a miserable day non stop rain all day and storm Bert over the weekend, the North is on alert for heavy snow but we’re only getting a few flurries.  I’ve still not done my shop yet but it’s definitely on for next week.  Did you get anything for the cough, do look after yourself.  I’m off to get moving.  Have a good day and don’t go out.
