I forgot how packed the stores are now.  I couldn't get everything I need.  The kids are stopping by and then they are going to a place about an hour away and going with Mark's brother and wife and all the kids.   I'm going to throw the turkey breast in the crockpot on Thursday and just let it simmer all day.  It will be great as leftovers.  Did you go see Jill?  How is she doing.  You should wear a mask if you go see her.  Too much going around now.  I put my curtain back up by my stairs.  I can't believe I found everything lol.  Ok I'm off to my coffee and get moving.  I have a short day today.  Have a good day xx

The stores are really getting packed out now and it doesn’t matter which day you go.  I can’t believe the Supervisor asked you to go in again, good for you refusing, you do enough favours going in on your days off, they’re taking liberties with you.  I got an email from Jill she’s not going home till tomorrow so I’m going to pop in later to see her.  I’m definitely going shopping tomorrow even if it’s pouring of rain, even Old Mother Hubbard would feel sorry for me lol.  Lucy’s been out and now she’s back on her blanket asleep.  I’ve taken all my tablets and I’m going to have another coffee and then shower.  I hope Jill emails me a time to pop in to see her.  Have a good day.

That’s so funny you’re so used to seeing closed doors on the cabinets.  Did Tina let you know she was going to her daughter’s she usually does.  You wouldn’t believe how warm it’s got I turned the heating off and the temperature’s going up again next, although I can  still hear the wind blowing the trees and not a lot of rain next week.  Do you not think that even if you made an anonymous phone call, as Bill is probably the only person who has been in the neighbour’s for so long, she would still think it was him who phoned the State to call on her.  It’s such a shame when people get to the point where they hoard so much that they have to get help.  I had an easy day and got more cards done, I’m getting there lol.  I’m off to lock up and I think I’ve got one Magnum left and I’m going to find it lol.  Have a nice evening.xx

Although we speak on the phone nothing nicer than seeing her in person and hugging.  Good grief you are in a bad way with arthritis you must be popping painkillers all the time, I do, I bought a back belt a few weeks ago, it doesn’t take the pain away but it eases it slightly.  When Bill starts a job he doesn’t hang around he really gets stuck in, the satin finish will look so good and the moulding will really finish off the cabinets.  Matt doesn’t want to push himself too much and he must be happy to have got 2 ducks, it’ll take a while for him to get back to doing everything, you have to be careful after a head injury.  All of a sudden the sun’s disappeared lol and it’s now looking very overcast, I’m giving up on the local weather forecast lol.  I’m off to have another coffee and get stuck into writing more cards.  Have a good day.

That was a nice surprise that your sister dropped in.  Lets not talk about arthritis in the back. lol.  It's in my whole back, lower back and legs.  I know how your feeling.  It was so cold and windy today.  All I did was take out the trash.  Bill did the rest lol.  The cabinets are started.  I'll have before during and after photos.  It looks so different.  He took all the doors home to spray them so I have all my cabinets open lol.  He's going to come back tomorrow to make sure there are no spots or whatever and then he can put on the top coat sealer.  It's going to have a satin finish.  Then he texts me about crown molding for the top.  I said Oh why not lol.  I won't get my carpeting lol.  Yes I will. lol.  Matt got 2 ducks today.  That's not like him but I think he's still healing and they said he would be tired at times for awhile.  I had given a day away this week and I just made up for it by working yesterday.  They won't call me in tomorrow.  I have a couple of errands to run and Bills coming back for touch up. I had a lovely surprise my sister and her husband came to me this afternoon, it was so lovely seeing her, although we speak  every week we don’t meet up any more since I broke my hip a couple of years ago and now I can’t go anywhere without a crutch, plus arthritis in back and hips now.  Storm Bert hit Scotland with winds and snow they had to get the plows out it was so thick, we only had   rain, and now the temperatures are going up again.  How long will it take for Bill to do the cabinets.  Matt will be down to see you, he was itching to get out on his boat, does his friend go with him.  Will you have a day in lieu for working on your day off.  Jill had her knee op Friday and she’s coming out of hospital tomorrow.  I’m off to have a coffee and a snack, I had a nap earlier lol.  Have a nice evening.xx
