Hi Dianne, it's hotter than yesterday! I hope this doesn't last long. It should rain later and cool off a bit, but it will be back around 90 for the weekend. Not my kind of weather!
I'm on my second day of no med. So far, so good!
I've got leftovers for supper. I made Drunkin Noodles in the IP yesterday and they turned out really good. I used the papparadelle noodles since they are heavier than egg or rice noodles. They worked great. I love pasta dishes and make a lot of them. I'm glad you enjoyed your lunch out yesterday. That's always fun. I wish we had an ice cream shop. We used to have Baskin-Robbins and a couple of frozen yogurt places, but they closed. They are destroying the city to turn it into a medical destination city for Mayo. It's disheartening.
