Hi Dianne, I'm still trying to get the weeding done! Ugh! I had to take a break. I don't know where they all come from.
I'm thinking it's a no cook Monday. You should look up the recipe for the copycat Olive Garden chicken Gnocchi Soup. I used fresh baby spinach in it, and it is really good if you like a creamy soup.
I guess I had better get back out and weed some more. It's supposed to rain again Wed. and Thurs.
