It's a beautiful sunny 😎 day.
Our bird store is closing after 20 years. It's very sad because their food and supplies are top quality.  She suggested we go to the farmers market or the same store much further away. We're going to the farmer's market this afternoon because it's closest to us.  Hopefully this is the answer.
It's going to be really noisy while your new roof is being installed.  How many floors are above you?
