Hello! I´m glad your husband came safe .Since it's not raining yet, they can resurface without raindrops and they are building at night because there are fewer cars on the road.
Some cars don't have a good mechanical maintenance and spinds louder than others
I have a pair of earplugs that used for sleep ,it´s help me until ended the construction on April .22Th
