Happy Friday Mary. Thank you kindly for the griffin! Well now you can enjoy your weekend! I bet you got the shopping done and now you can just relax. I ran into town today and snagged some more little cucumbers and more dill. So I made another 2 jars of homemade dill pickles and a half one of dill chips. So now I am happy. That's 4 1/2 jars. And after they sit for a while in the fridge it will be perfect. In fact everything I wanted they had for a change. So I picked up some rolls to go with dinner and had some more goulash with potatoes. Even saved some of the meat for Keeko cause she loves snacking on what I eat for supper.
Sunny again today and not super hot except when you get in the car. Phew. AC is a blessing.
My son isn't home from work yet, so I think he must be off with his friends. That's nice. Its good for him to have a social life. I made some rice for him to go with his goulash. However he can always heat it up if he's hungry.
I sure hope your night is a good one. Nice to finally have a whole weekend off for you. And you are right, its bloody cold in the mornings. If I had a garden I would be worried all the time for fear of frost. Funny you got new shoes too. So cool and craving goulash too. That's funny. Have a wonderful time with your friend this weekend!
