It's cloudy with a temperature of 5° C so have the balcony door open for fresh air
I hope that the chiropractor did a good job. I used to go to one when I was in waste management & it sure helped my back & shoulder
I know what you mean about the doom scrolling on Facebook. I watch the reels which run out after awhile so I get a chance to look at the time. When I get too into the scrolling I have an app on my phone & tablet that's set to go off at midnight for a memory clean which is when I will shut down for the night to run the cleanup
