Happy Tuesday Mary. I drink instant coffee. Its quite rich and its kind of what I was raised on. I do drink brewed coffee sometimes too. But mostly its instant.
I did have fun shopping yesterday. I only bought what I thought I needed. So it was a good experience for sure. I needed a new shade for my lamp upstairs. That cost me $2.00. You just can't beat that! Pants were $4.00 each. So you can get great deals at the thrift store.
I just got all the dishes done and did a bit of cleaning in the kitchen. I think I will do some laundry today. Just one load I think for now. Stuff I really need to do. It was supposed to rain today, but so far its dry.
I am really happy that I don't have plans to go anywhere. I'll soon need a loaf of bread, but I can wait a while to get that. I do need to chop some more kindling. I have all these big logs, but they don't start a fire. You need little pieces to burn first. And the only way I can do it is to chop. I wish my son would come and help me, but he hardly talks to me since he moved out. So I don't have much choice for now. At least I have the hatchet to do it. Just need the strength.
I hope things are good for you. Will Dennis have to work Saturday to make up for having Thursday off? I hope everything works out and that you have a good day together!
