Indeed your Weather was very interesting ,fog ,wind ,downpour and wind in one day Sounds diferent for me .Thanks for dhared  it.
Actually ,people put lights on their houses  and some   San Jose Municipality put some Christmas decorations on parks ,baubles ,trees ,gifts made od wire and lights .At Evening ,light them up ,looks very nice.
