Hi Lynne   I am sure it is worrying having the spasms especially when you are having problems swallowing . I hope the physio can help sort it. You have been under a lot of stress with your dad and then the basement . Hope things ease up. I have booked a hotel in Castlewellan for this Sunday for my sister Joan , two friends and myself . Trying to keep Joan busy. She is having her knee operation 25th February so won't be allowed to drive for 6 weeks.  I have been going to a physio for years , it does help a lot. At the minute I am going every 2 weeks but will change it to monthly. Have a good weekend. Take care x
