Hi Lynne. Your dad has been ill for so long you are bounded to be drained and emotional. Sorry to hear your fall has affected your neck. I hope the exercises etc get you back to good health . I sat in the car while Joan went for a short drive. She was ok driving but finds it hard to get her leg out of the car. It is so low - a sporty mercedes. She needs to change to a different car that is higher up. Looking forward to Jersey. Did some work in the garden after I got home as it was sunny and 15 degrees.
