The sun is getting warmer

For in your lovely garden
Was spring’s first bumblebee
The greeted each other warmly
As winter’s snowy blasts
Kept them bundled warm and safe
Until the cold had passed
Now they’ll frolic happily
Through the spring and summer breezes
Friend enjoying nature’s gifts
Playing amongt the freesias
