Slept really well last night I just zonked when I got into bed . Just looked out looks Like it’s been a wet night but still just dull now . Hope it stays dry till I’ve been to the dentist such a long walk from the car park . Bet Bob will have to take himself for a walk today but I’m sure he understands they do if someone isn’t well I think they sense it. You coukd do with some muscle rub hope the solpedeine helps .
