It’s raining here Jessica just called with her boyfriend to thank me for her Christmas oresent and wish me a happy new year . Jordan was looking at all my eggs on the tree and in the display cases he was really interested they were both trying to pick there favourites . Jan sent me a glass bottle in my stocking this year with long matches in and a striker on the bottom I love the long matches for lighting the fire means you don’t burn Your fingers , Jan has two fires one in the dining room and one in the lounge she lights hers when it’s really cold too . Temp only 4 deg here but feels like 2 with the wind chill factor . Dinners on now shoukd be nearly done . Got the tv parcelled back up now to take tomorrow. Read some of my book , going to have a glass on wine with my tea tonight to toast the new year . Hope you had a dry walk after the rain . Some sun tomorrow with a chance of rain here but it’s going to get steadily colder xx.
