Hi pat shortest day today so it should start getting lighter a bit each evening now . Got the bed changed this morning and most of it washed and on the maiden will be dry for ironing tomorrow, just the duvet cover to put in tomorrow . Just prepared my dinner for tonight lamb shank with roast potatoes parsnips and sprouts long time since I had a roast . Liz just called , school finished Friday so she can get organised for Christmas over the next few days . She’s full of cold too but she did keep away from me . I had the heating on this morning as I thought it was cold but I will be putting my throw over me tonight . Got another five Christmas cards this morning must have been a late delivery yesterday as I had some early afternoon . Hospital for o9.30 in the morning so I have some chqs to pay in so I’ll call at the bank on my way back and pick up any bits I want . Enjoy the rest of the day , was reading my book but it’s going dull now so I might see what’s On Tv xx
