Shopping went ok, center  isle was fitness and DIY, nothing was brought or even looked at 🤭😂, Donna text to say she had left a pair of jeans on my doorstep, they had a stain she couldn’t get 🤔out , she was at the local school here on a course,so dropped on her way  so  armed with fairyliquid and toothbrush washed and it’s 99% out …. had a chat with senior ortho OT about is it possible i can be back in work in 6 weeks after my knee she says its very possible! then said she will have a chat with my consultant to see if she can push me up a little! worth a try!
