Suns up to start, nice you went to the cinema and had some feet up time, hope Roxy is feeling much better,   luckily i know my Liver is ok from the recent scan, ill not be making great changes as its the best settled its been in a while , aww so you have to bring the bad cholesterol down  mine was down so pose that's all connected with Liver . you will sort it , any plans today Lovely or a nice quite Sue day ? brother has new date Sunday 3 may so not long for him. You know when you buy scatter cushions to dress bed and sofas, ,today is the day to wash Cushion covers, haha ill be reducing them fort with haha much love lovely friend , hugs and love xxx

Morning Sue well Friday eve is here am off wed/thur & fri next week again got to use up leave i carried over before end of May thought best get using in case i go in for knee in May dont want to lose them hope to get some bits done in garden as warmer now!
