Hope all went well at Phil’s appoinment today, and you have enjoyed some sun in your garden, tried the new seats out ? 😎. I sorted my solar lights removing the ones that don’t work, will leave my new ones a couple of weeks my brother called in to collect some treatment stuff for garden furniture he was going to help Dad do his bench, James has had a letter to attend a workshop  next week on  the after op care, and exercises what to expect after Op. all the essential stuff.  Nigel said he had his op 6 weeks after that, so getting close now fingers crossed it is  ,how did Jonah go today with his 10 minute speech , ?
