How lovely wish i was going somewhere , you will have the best time. Phil will have some lovely foods from M&S, will Nat  help out with fig and stay over  ?  yes get the suitcase ready, hope Jonah enjoys his show, sounds interesting. dull day here to start, baking some sausage rolls and chores to sort,  stay dry if you can and have lovely time with Roxy and Jude, Sues cafe at full production tonight ? Morning Sue thanks for the Arctic hare well last work day for me pension thing this morning then 4pm done!!
3lbs lighter this week getting there keep getting lovely comments at work so it gives me a boost
i would like to get to 67 & then go part time but i guess we will see i might be ready to retire way i feel at min dont want to!
looking forward to tomorrow meeting my friend for lunch & wont have to rush back for work so be nice and will go try get mum a small birthday cake as i dont eat it l cant bear anything sweet at min!
