Morning dear Sue Nice spend, why not ? haha, bright sunny start, Sue should be a better day, this on going issue with Liver  and raised levels the functions wont improve  to keep my Vitamin absorption levels in the right range,  and do what your liver should its been messed up since i had chemical hepatitis, Sigh !!!. Morning Sue windy here but warm & sunny was up at 7 out with Jake towel wash on and cooking his whole chicken in ninja go me lol i did go to bed at 8.45 though lol
